UPLIFT & DELIVERY

At James Barclay Oriental Carpets, we’ve tried very carefully to create the most comprehensive service we can. But we know this isn’t just about how we treat the carpets when they’re with us. It’s also about how we get them to and from your property. With that in mind, we’ve put together a collection and delivery service that places you and your rug first.

We can pick up from home or work, and the uplifting will be handled by our own staff. The service will be tailored to minimise inconvenience to you, and most of the time we’ll be able to assign a one-hour time slot, saving you from having to spend the entire day waiting for uplift or delivery.

Our nationwide service has deliveries and collections running every week. We also have daily services covering London, and much of the south of England – Berkshire, Middlesex, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Essex, Kent and throughout England and Wales weekly by arrangement.

We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship, expertise, and facilities, and we’re keen that such care should be extended to your carpet or rug during transit as well. However, in the highly unlikely event of disaster striking, all carpets and rugs are fully insured, from the moment we collect them, through to the second they’re placed back in your house or office.
